FP Highland 35 production?

I ordered a Highland 35 in Oct 2011 (contract and deposit) for delivery around April/May this year. Just received a call from the dealer that FP is not going to build the boat. Can anyone confirm that information? Seems to me a pretty crappy thing for the company to do. Supposedly there are other Highland orders that are not going to be honored also. I thought they were a reputable company.

sounds pretty rotten, although I know nothing from the FP side, maybe the dealer had been told and still took the order hoping to convince the factory to build "just one more" I dont know from the info you have given.

might be time to lawyer up??
