Fort Pierce

Going into Fort Pierce, Fl for some routine maint. Oil changes and such. Any suggestions for a two day stay and good marine mechanic?

Harbortown is a quality liveaboard spot: Harbortown Marina - Ft. Pierce, Florida - A Full Service Marina.

I could recommend a mechanic in Lauderdale but am not sure about one in Fort Pierce.

Re: Fort Pierce

Your best bet is calling Cracker Boy Boat Works and having them do the work or have them give you a recommendation. 772-465-7031

Last time I had work done was over 10 years ago so I am out of that loop.

I second staying at Harbortown. You will not be disappointed.

Re: Fort Pierce

Looks like Harbortown is the place, talked with Dan the dockmaster and it seems to have everything we need. Whiticar is their choice for mechanic, since it is right at their docks.
Since it is just oil change and filters, it seems they may be just fine, unless someone has a better place to go.

Like I stated, basic oil change and filter change on both engines and generator....most any mechanic should be able to handle that.
