FL to Galveston Trip

Hello all, I am planing a trip from Cortez FL to Galveston. This is my first time to make a long trip, any and all pointers would be appreciated. What would be the best route to take in a 32' twin Gas engine boat? Good places for fuel,mooring and provisions?

I am new here so i would first like to start of by saying hello!

I checked out the website but can not find any info on the trip from Houston to Florida. Can you point me in the right direction or provide me with the details of the route and trip?

What web site did you check out? If it was ours it is hard to miss since every post we have made on the site since the first of May covers our trip from Houston to where we are now in Fernandina Beach Florida. This is mostly along the ICW on the Gulf Coast and Florida.
