I designed these Boat Stairs a few years ago.

Here the plans for a 3 and 4 step Boat Stair. See attached pdf files.

They are made from Pressure treated wood and I stained them white with 3M black treads applied.

Everyone at my dock uses them now.

I had to give you guys an update on my stair dilemma. I arrived at the boat on Tuesday and low and behold, there was a staircase attached to the rail. Glad I didn't order one. Thanks again everyone for your help.
