Any Info on the Chris Craft 426 Catalina?

Ive been looking into purchasing a live-aboard cruiser and ive come to like the looks of the 426 Catalina. It seems rather roomy as a single person live-aboard but would like some input from someone who has a 426 or something similar. Thanks alot

oops i meant to post this in the liveaboard section. Could a mod please move. Thank you

We have a 1985 Chris Craft 426 Catilina, great boat! What would you like to know about it?

Our Chris is gas, originally with the Mercruiser 454's. We re-powered in 2005 with Marine Power 454's which have really been great engines and give us some additional performance. We burn about 24 gallons per hour total when cruising at 18-19 knots, top speed is 24 knots, I'm not positive what the usage is at that speed.
