Re: Advice on Yacht for Bachelor Party

As a captain who has taken out more than 300 week-long charters I would agree with the above that you are trying to do too much. I made that mistake a few times in the beginning. Slow down. You will have more fun a anchor (or the dock) where you can swim and lie around. Take all that money and go to the BVI. Charter a plane?
10 to 15% of the charter cost (not fuel) is standard.
Sounds like fun.

Yes, indeedy do!

But we've already covered seasickness, or, maybe not adequately. Suppose there is a vomit fest (sorry, guys, but it's going to get worse), and somebody slips on it and goes overboard while they're creaming along at 20 knots at night. Man, it just seems like an impractical idea, to me.

Not to mention the impact of a loud party boat on the others in anchorages.

Maybe taking the party to Prague is the best answer so far suggested.

A.

Re: Advice on Yacht for Bachelor Party

ask the owner of the boat /probably safer with pro skipper and anchor out to allow revellers freedom /there are rules in most marinas/if drunks stay onboard for duration of cruise less risk of mishap
