1998 302 Chriscraft Crowne is there such a thing??

Hi, I am looking at buying a cruiser. I found a 1998 Chris Craft Crown 302 for sale, but when I went to look at other examples, could not find anything newer than 1994.
Is there any such boat??? Or is the seller just trying to pull a fast one??
Thanking you in advanced for your assistance...

I don't remember if the current iteration of the Chris Craft company stretches back to '90s... but you could try asking them.

There's probably a Chris Craft owners group online somewhere, too...

Re: 1998 302 Chriscraft Crowne is there such a thing??

I sold mine last year, but mine was called a 30 Crowne (1997). It was a very nice looking express cruiser with a good amount of space for a 30 footer, but I would recommend it more for lakes and rivers, than bigger water like the Chesapeake Bay. I used mine extensively on the Bay and the Potomac River, but I don't think it had enough deadrise for the Bay. It pounded in big water.
