It is a monsoon in Annapolis. The storm is blowing water up the Bay and may flood downtown again. Strong winds are expected today and tomorrow (Thurs/Fri).

We plan on being at the show Saturday and going to the bash with another couple coming from PEI - don't know though if we will be there for 6:30 - how will you know us - my husband, Ian, has a mustache and will wearing a very very bright colourful Hawaiian shirt with a sunset on it plus will probably have sunglass holding back his hair.... I will be the woman standing near him pretending I don't know him. - Julie

Maje, sorry to hear that! Hope you're healing quickly.

I actually came down with a bug and we couldn't make it either. A real shame as the weather here was perfect!

We'll have to organize a Bay meeting some other time....unless someone is going to the 'stinkpot' show next week?

I'm guessing that's slang for the powerboat show? I'm not going but will be in Back Creek until at least Thur maybe Friday, waiting to get a bad steering cable changed. It is pretty crowded back here, but not as bad as I was expecting from the earlier posts, especially considering the weather.

Never made it to Cantler's (correct spelling), but thinking of going Thursday, if it's not too late, after repairs are done.

We'd really love to get together to meet some CF folks. But, we won't be back to the Annapolis area until Friday evening. There are several folks in the area (including LorenzoB passing through) and was hoping we could plan another gathering even if it's not boat show related. Any chance you'll hang around until Saturday OR if you're heading north will be in the Magothy River on Saturday?

I kind of doubt it. We're looking to start moving ASAP towards warmer weather. We'd leave sooner, except PCI is going to do or at least help with the repair, and demo day is tomorrow, so won't be able to get to me for a few days.
