I am presently in Britt, Ontario heading to Port Severn to pick up the Trent/Severn Canal. Parks Canada says there is 5'10" (1.8 meters). That is enough for me by 6+ inches. I met a guy in Britt who has said don't beleive Parks Canada and says I should not make the passage. Anyone have any info or exprience that is current - like in the last 30 days? My plan is to continue on and keep talking to people I meet as I get there.
