Too Funny . . .
From today's 'Lectronic Latitude, comes word that there was some advanced thinking that went into the decision whereby a man stands to urinate.

If it's not snakes in the toilet, then it's rats in the can.
I wouldn't have had to drown it, he would have suffocated in the $hit that I would have dumprd when he started scratching me..
Great story Tao

Looks like a mouse to me and a good thing too.
Old trick for catching mice is to put out a bucket with a few inches of water in it.

From the days of operating my mouse trapline (a long story), I would suggest that looks like a mouse to me.

I bet not many heads would not clog with that going through it. I know my Wilcox & Crittenden Skipper head could handle it. It's already eaten a few long white mice made of cotton.

Re: Too Funny . . .
Maybe a young rat? Rats swim, mice don't, how'd a mouse get on board at anchor? Tail looks too long for a mouse.

Proportionally, the tails look the same. A rat is 8-9", a mouse much smaller.
See pic

But you must give them a way to climb up and look in...but no way to climb out.

Rats live their lives in fear. They are wary of investigating new things, and they don't explore much. In that sense, people believe that they are harder to trap, but I've never had any problem trapping rats.
|
Well, that tells us that rats=politicians and a few other creatures of disrepute, doesn't it? And the guy must be an investigative reporter or a lobbyist, since he has no trouble trapping them.
Then, this next quote.....
Quote:
I caught both the above rat and mouse today...not in the same place, mind you, although they probably share territory in some areas... I caught this mouse at a lawyer's office in downtown Orlando.
|
The second quote proves that, indeed, mice DO share territory with rats, given where it was caught!
This is fun!

Its either a light brown eastern longtail mouse or a light brown greater eastern short tailed rat.hmmm -both quite rare round these parts.Dont kill it just in case.Remember ten compresses and three short breathes.
