S/V 'Long Last' Missing

In regards to the S/V "Long Last" the USCG has reported that "The Coast Guard has launched an aircraft, Tuesday, in the search for a mariner who was reported missing while on a sailing trip between Houston and Ocean Springs, Miss.
An HC-130 Hercules aircraft and crew from Coast Guard Air Station Clearwater, Fla., has deployed to search for Josiah Victor Hoffman, 52, who was reported missing by his wife, Monday".

Did not find this reported on this forum so I thought I would post as his wife appears to have posted to other missing persons forums but not to sailing forums. Link for more info from the USCG press release: Coast Guard Continues Search for Missing Sailor | Coast Guard News

Let's hope they find him.

Found safe ....

A missing mariner who departed Houston over the weekend for a trip to Mississippi was found safe early Wednesday off the coast of Louisiana, a US. Coast Guard spokesman said.
