I voted for Sept. 7, but Sept. 21 might actually work better for me. Oct. 19 is also okay. How's that for an answer?

Some one has to take lead of a bunch rabble rousers. Looks like a date will be set by the end of the night, and then we can choose a place. Looking forward to meeting everyone. I would also think it possible for all of us to drag a friend along too?

How about a North and a Florida venue? The boat show">Annapolis Boat show Is the second week in Oct and many folks are in town. A raft up or just meet at the show? Many of us depart just after the show. (That "work" thing)

imagine2frolic,
Anywhere is fine with us. We do not have a turf or travel issue.

S/V Antares,
Why don't you start a meet in Annapolis thread? I know I will not be able to attend.

John

Seems central

imagine2frolic,
Hey there, why not go with original idea, lets grill and potluck, keep it simple.
Restaurants are fine, but your clubhouse is probably better for a social. And it seems central to everybody if I haven't lost track. If we don't talk about religion, politics, mono or multis, we can all meet again elsewhere.

Well, thats my 2 cents. Hope we are not off buying the Wreck of the Hesprus that weekend. The one boat we had surveyed so far, the surveyor told us not to go on the 2nd sea trial.

Herb

Morgan,

You're more than welcome to join. If things go well. Maybe we will do another potluck as folks are coming south?

Hello all,

My choice would be to hold it in Green Cove.
