Abdi Hirsi Qarjab, the governor of Nugal region said he recently met with a NATO commander onboard a warship and they discussed how Somali authorities and NATO officials can complement each other in their efforts against pirates.

A meeting on a NATO ship (and a bit of undisguised USA hating) is not a full and fruitful cooperative effort.

I wish these imbiciles would realise the world wants to help them and their problems. We would be delighted to do anything to get their 'country' on its feet again, and, the added bonus of ridding the area of piracy.
