Re: New photos released about temple complex discovery

Mark, That is why I have taken 9 slides to show how you go from that block to this:

I am told no one has the ability or time to look and read closely anymore. That I need to make a Youtube video. Well I am just one guy.

Re: New photos released about temple complex discovery

Sigh.

When I click on your links, I see a confusing yellow blob on a yellow background in one and a dog scratching itself in the other (and this dog gives me no reason to worship it, but then he is sitting on his butt so I will maintain an open mind). If I try hard, I can see that yellow blob turn into a squid-headed monster with elephant feet and no back end. However, I see no relationship to the earlier posted picture of a rock.

In the picture posted above, I just see rock with a blue stain in it. How does it turn yellow and become a squid head elephant monster?

When I go to your website, I get a bunch of pictures and pages loading on top of each other and can't make heads nor tails of what I am supposed to do there or look at.

It is almost like you are intentionally obfuscating your point. You are at least requiring people to work extremely hard to understand your point.

Mark

The mason's trowel working in the still wet concrete first drew the arc of the sail. Then the horizontal line midway up. Finally with two downward strokes he drew the two lines for the mast. Notice the horizontal line shifted.

Also notice a man sitting holding a bamboo pole. He is just below the chip. Notice the rudder.
The arc of the stern. The waterline.

All this was in the inks if people followed them.

Again it was not my intention to make the peanut gallery look like one. Will they have the courage to actually look at photos, or will they have more fun playing wordsmith?

I reserve all rights to this imaginary photo.

Re: New photos released about temple complex discovery

Mark those are the feet of a temple guardian dog. Also called lion dog.

The feet of this stylized dog are always shown big to represent lion paws.

The fourth paw is mid air scratching. The head is turned edge on and doesnt appear full as in a static pose.

If slides are loading over each other, are you using Opera? That happens on my cell phone too. Try switching browsers.

Follow the waterline in from the sailboat to the paws.

Looks like I will have to learn a new skill. How to make a youtube video.

Night here.

And I like seeing genuine ancient rock art or cave drawings etc.

Also, this photo has nothing in it to indicate scale.

And there is nothing in the photo, by itself, showing context or placement on any larger piece or structure.

If you see a figure, with a boat and details, then post a matching image with those outlined. I do not see a human figure in this photo, and I am usually pretty good at seeing symbols.

I don't doubt that some artifacts of ancient or prehistory (for that area) civilization or man's graffiti or art could be found. Easter island's large monolithic statues seemed mysterious for many years.

But, I think if you feel you have indeed found something more than a rock that appears to you as something decorated or built by man, this photo is not convincing evidence of it.

I hope these comments help you see the issue as others might.

I notice the resolution drops when loaded here so start from the original image you see on Challenge 1.

Re: New photos released about temple complex discovery

Maybe some outlines likes Monte's cloud would help us great unwashed to see...so far we are obviously not getting it.

Here in Panama, petroglyhphs are pretty common and quite easy to see once you know common symbols. They are obviously man made. But these rocks so far just look like natural irregularities to me.

Re: New photos released about temple complex discovery

Carvings of ancient egyptian sphinxes and gods, roman concrete techniques, horseback rhino hunts, chinese temple dogs, maori eel fishing?

They sure got around before they started carving in Palawan didn't they? And I guess they needed a Tardis to do it given the many thousands of years which separate those different cultures.

It would be slightly more believable if what you think you see had a common theme, but this?
