In the Toronto Area ?

If you are in the GTA and like to drink beer and see sailing pics, my wife and i will be doing a presentation about our trip from Florida to Australia. It will be at the Whitby YC next Wednesday (29th) at 8 pm. If you don't know the way, send me a PM and I will send the route.

Re: In the Toronto area?

There should be a fair number of cars going in that you can follow, or you can call in from the gate - there is a box there with a button.

Re: In the Toronto area?

Wish I could be there!

By Car:
From Highway #401, Take the HWY-12/BROCK STREET exit- EXIT 410 at Whitby; turn South on Brock St, turn west onto Victoria St., at second light; turn south on Gordon St. towards hospital; proceed to end of Gordon St then left along private road to WYC. If gate is closed, speak into intercom for access.

Re: In the Toronto area?

Good luck, Bruce. A bit far for me, alas.

Are you giving the presentation at any Toronto YCs?

Re: In the Toronto area?

Unfortunately, or fortunately, this is the only presentation we are doing. GO train gets you close.
