HMS Bounty to Visit Thunder Bay

HMS "Bounty", built for Marlon Brando’s1962 remake of the historical drama Mutiny on the Bounty, and more recently used in Johnny Depp’s Pirates of the Caribbean series, is paying a 2010 visit to the Thunder Bay, and will dock at Pier 3 at Marina Park on August 3 and 4.

The tall ship (HMS "Bounty") will be open to the public on the afternoon (from noon to 8 pm) of its second day in port (Aug. 4), for a modest $3 charge.

Thats a bloody bargain!!!

I saile don a tall ship for 2 weeks and had a most wonderful time! They had the paying guests doing watches, many overnights, in fact I think we only anchored a couple of nights.

At those prices its a sensational experience.
