The leader of the TTT rally is sitting in the marina in Cochin with boat problems -- less than 100 meters from us. There are no other participants of the TTT rally present with him. We had heard there are 4 or 5 boats still willing to proceed with the rally, but none of those are in Cochin with their leader.

Their underwriters pay. The ship owners are paying higher rates as well, which is passed on to the cargo owners which is passed on to the consumer.

The current EU commander of the Eu naval task force in the area has said that he believes the area is not now safe for yachts and he had concerns about the safety of several yacht rallies that are passing through.
