Re: Do we need to be preparing for Arctic cruising strategies because of Global Cooli

I don't insist that co2 is the only thing actually I try to keep an eye on what I feel would be one of the big game changers. volcanic activity.
We are one good caldera away from a very cold summer.
The biggest problem as I see it in america is the addition of ethanol to gasoline. While reducing other poluttants it increases the co2 content of exhause gasses on vehicles while at the same time adversely affecting the fuel economy and performance of said fuels. M2CW .

Climate scientists recognize the role of volcanic activity in climate change. Volcanoes played a major role in the LIA.

I do not worry about volcanoes, asteroids, El Ninos, AMO, PDO, Milankovitch cycles, etc. because I cannot have any influence over them. I can reduce my carbon footprint. I also reduce, reuse and recycle my waste.

BTW - for those concerned about global cooling, I am selling glacier insurance to compensate for damage to your homes, vehicles and vessels from advancing glaciers.

For those end-timers among you, I will also provide care for those pets left behind after the rapture. Payment in advance please.

The world as we know it is going to die because of global warming. And it's settled science because the President of the USA and John Kerry said so.

Well please can anyone explain how areas in Colorado are having the heaviest snow falls in 50 years?

Can anyone explain that for the first time in modern history snow is falling in the Caribbean?

Forget about global warming. Like I said in my original post are we going to have to adapt to arctic or antarctic type cruising because of GLOBAL COOLING?????
The scientist have already explained it, you just didn't pay any attention to it. They said climate-change would cause radical weather patterns. But you are not listening to scientist, you are listening to Limbaugh, Beck, and other conservative wackos. Just like a lot of other folks on this forum. See, it is a scientific issue, not political. If you don't believe the climate is warming a lot, you don't believe thermometers really work. They do keep track of temperature averages world-wide you know. Check it out sometime.

Not to mention what ethanol does to all our seals in our engines (Auto, outboard, etc.

For the record I found not listen to Limbaugh or wing nuts like Beck. Nor am I an end time believer. Just a weather agnostic.

Well we all know there is weather everday. I'm just agnostic about all the politics. And yes I do believe it's political and not science.

Unfortunately for getting at the truth, it's science infused with politics.

So there's hope for more wisdom, depending on whether I start agreeing with you? How about we allow our views to adapt to the evolving science? That sounds wiser to me.
