The wheels of justice may grind slowly, but grind they do. This is from today's NY Times:

"A former security guard has been sentenced to life plus 85 years in prison for the 2007 hijacking of the ''Joe Cool'' charter boat and killings of four people aboard."

The Palm Beach Post indicated 5 consecutive life terms (basically life in prison with no chance of parole) plus the 85 years.

Life plus 85 years for 'Joe Cool' boat killings

There is no winner in this, but it's nice to know that these scoundrels will have no opportunity to repeat this act.
