Re: Cautionary tale: falling overboard while peeing

If I don't have my fly down, how can I tell which direction the wind is coming from?

Wifey B: Someone starts to pee over the side of our boat and they won't fall, I'll push them from behind and they'll go flying overboard.

It's that feeling you get peeing over the side, farting and getting a shiver up your back all at the same time...now that's cruising!

So True, So Sad!

But girl people CAN learn to pee standing up! There used to be, might still be, a website run by a woman to teach women how to pee standing up.

Sorry, I can't provide a link, I will let others google for that web site.

You know there has to be a story about how I know about this website.....

One night, I was working very late at work and waiting for some stuff to complete a run, so I was reading a discussion about how to get women to go camping and hiking. Someone in the discussion said this link will really help....

I clicked on it.

The first page on the website was a woman peeing standing up. Now this was not pornographic, or even revealing, but it sure was a surprise and NSW. The website was created by a woman nurse to teach women how to wee wee standing up.

Later,
Dan

Re: Cautionary tale: falling overboard while peeing

My daughter used to do a lot of backwoods hiking and mountain climbing with me since she was 5 years old. She thought the ability to pee anywhere in the great outdoors was a great thing, of course I had to let her know early on it wasn't acceptable everywhere, that was after she decided to pee next to a tree in Grandma's suburban yard.
She's now 28 and Grandmas long gone, but she still gets a chuckle out of it and still loves the great outdoors.

Not in this part of the world!

Standard sailing wear is (swim) shorts with no fly.

Had report a report from USCG years ago that said the majority of bodies pulled from the sea are males with an open fly!

Re: Cautionary tale: falling overboard while peeing

Ok, so about 2 weeks ago a mate headed of to the stern of the yacht, after a night of Texas Holdem, to relieve himself. At one stage we heard a non-urgent call "hey guys". A while later I though I should check and he was quietly bobbing about unable to get the ladder down. He said he was having a pee and the stars looked so wonderful as he look up and overbalanced. I asked why he did not call loudly and continuously but he didn't seem concerned and said he was happy swimming about. Hmmmmm

Re: Cautionary tale: falling overboard while peeing

I've been going down and peeing for years and haven't come close to falling out/off the boat yet.
