Peeing in live, running water is well known to be good for your health -- extend your life, prevent heart attacks, and especially, promote potency.

Yes, at my lake house, I walk to my dock to pee in the water. It is a deep-seated human instinct. So while I only rarely pee off my boat, I do have to consciously hold myself back (for fear of going overboard).

There's a joke about it, too --

Two guys were walking home from a juke joint one Saturday night and stopped on a bridge to relieve themselves.

Standing there, enjoying the moment, one of them says:

Hey, Leroy -- that water sure be cold.

And the reply:

Yep. Deep, too.

Take half a Viagra, keeps the pee off your shoes.

They are now saying that taking Viagra can cause skin cancer, I wonder if it is because previously unexposed skin is now seeing daylight.

Peeing over the side is one of life's great pleasures...except when you've got weather gear">foul weather gear on...then expect some dribble...

Re: Cautionary tale: falling overboard while peeing

You are supposed to just pee inside of your gear and let it run out the bottom.

Re: Cautionary tale: falling overboard while peeing

I know I read somewhere peeing over the side was the most common activity immediately prior to going overboard.

While working for NOAA as a fisheries observer, during our annual safety training, we were informed of a USGC statistic: In more than 80% of the male boating related drownings, the victim had his fly down!
