Boaters still baffled by Tampa Bay
Boaters say mooring rules are causing confusion
Miscommunication or lack of communication about where boats are not to moor, or if the rules are being correctly enforced, seems to be the rule rather than the exception in regards to Tampa Bay's three no-mooring zones in the Seaplane basin. The city announced recently the no-mooring zones were clear, but boaters in the area report more than a dozen vessels within the areas they thought were interdicted. |
