Dave, that is the process that is in place - the locals propose
regulations, invite input from the public, the FWC then rules on it. Waterway Guy (Chuck) is well up on these issues, he works in
marine media as I do and this is part of his beat.
In St. Augustine, the outcome seems to be that anchoring will be restricted to within 50 feet of the mooring fields. That's not unreasonable. There was also some discussion of a time limit, and St. A is appearing to be reasonable on these issues.
