Re: Yearly CF Support

I am trying to stop my recurring payments but cannot find a way to do that. Any hints?

Hi Hannah

Just logged onto my pp account to see how to do this.
1) Log on to account
2) Make sure you are the My Account Page
3) Put the mouse arrow on the History (should be just above your account name)
4) Under History, you should see Basic Search, click on this
5) On the Basic Search page, should be an option to search between two dates, so select a date to start from say 12 months ago
6) List of transactions should appear, (you may need to click on Next at bottom of page).
7) Look for a transaction named Social Knowledge LLC, may well be two listed, one marked as completed, the other Active
8) On the active one, click on Details
9) Should see an option to Cancel Subscription at bottom of the page
Guess you then click on that

Hope it works

Re: Yearly CF Support

Paypal and I have kinda had a on and off again relationship. I don't want them into my bank account, and they don't want to deal with me unless they do. (I know, shouldn't work that way). Banks are kinda funny that way, and paypal is just an internet bank.
So lately its been a draw. And I do most of my banking by billpay or direct deposit.
BTW- anyone want to get an account going so Janet has more than a tub to sail in??
