Wrong Forum

This may be the wrong place for this posting but I would be interested in any comments.
I use Firefox 3.6 and until now having asked it to save the two window URLs I use regularly it boots up with those two sites happily. Just recently (a week or ten days) the cruisers forum link is to a different one to my usual. My usual is f134 OpenCPN but on occasion it boots to f135 Manufacturers Forum and this morning to to a different one again, f14something I think. Strangely it's not in my Firefox saved history. Don't know what that means.
Has anyone else experienced this, please? My saved shortcut will get me there quickly and the problem doesn't occur with the other link (Kitz forum) so no hassle really just interested to know why.

Do you mean that when you go to close the FF window or quit FF - and it brings up a pop-up window asking something like:

"You have 2 tabs open would you like to save them before you quit?"

you click save? If so, it should just be the last page that was open before quiting. If you mean a FF bookmark, the URL shoudln't change at all.

FF4 has a nifty new system of keeping sites available that you browse all the time... sort of like a permanent 'saved tab'. Maybe it will be better? It's a free upgrade

That's exactly what I mean. Close Firefox and ask it to save, but it is no longer consistent. I wondered whether it was a preference from this Forum to favour the Manufacturers Forum.
My bookmarks do not change.
I have not upgraded to FF4 yet because one of my addons is not compatible.
Thanks for your interest.
