Steering-Rudders-Quadrants-Gudgeons-Pintl

Is it possible that for some reason that the Engineering Forum - has no sub-forum on Steering-Rudders-Quadrants-Gudgeons-Pintles?

The premise being that without a rudder is much than worse than being up a creek without a paddle.

Or is the subject hidden somewhere else
