Skim links

I am wondering if any one else is have this problem .When I click on a link in a post ,quite often this redirect comes up called skim links comes up and says that it is a tracking system for links that allows the original source to be compensated . It never asks for money and says to let the poster of the link know that something is nor working . I have not ever clicked on the links in the note . I am using an Lenovo think pad with windows 10 . please lets not go down the apple vs pc debate which is almost as boring as the multihull vs monohull one

Well i don't have this problem yet because i haven't click on a link yet! lol

I have been having this problem with every link on the site for the past week or so. I have not changed anything in my system, hardware or software, since the time when it was working normally.

At least it's not just me. I have not clicked on any of the Skimlinks links on the re-directed page.
Is this something that the moderators look at ?
