Site malware warning

Google is giving me a warning this morning that cruisersforum.com is infected with malware. It's reporting the source of the malware as www.openadserving.com. I've bypassed all the dire warnings and continued on to pages without any problems, but I do run Linux and have ad blockers installed but others might have issues if not careful.

Re: Site malware warning

Thanks for the report - we'll have a look. Did you have any other sites open at the same time by any chance?

Re: Site malware warning

Thanks for letting us know.
I have alerted site admin about the problem.

No I didn't and I had the warning at one time moving from page 1 to page 2 of a thread. It appears to only happen on the occasional page (had two warnings over about 10 threads or so opened this morning - have had zip previously) and I'm guessing whenever a link with the dodgy site quoted in the warning gets pushed out with the page it triggers. I should note that I'm using Chromium to browse the site. The warning is the thing where the page goes red and dire warnings are issued and you have to click about two or three times to get to the page after acknowledging the warnings.

Re: Site malware warning

Please shoot me a note with a link to the page where you see it next time. I'm betting that there is a link on the page to a site that was labeled by google at one time as serving malicious code. The warning you included earlier was regarding an ad product used by some sites (not ours) that was a problem. That product however has not been around for a year or so. Still, if we have a link to a site that might be of concern, we''d like to remove it.

We work hard to keep the board clean and have run a scan after your alert. We've found nothing - still there could well be a link to another site in a post that might be a concern. So thanks for keeping an eye out.

Re: Site malware warning

Hasn't happened again. Maybe it was just some anomaly.
