Posting screen shots

I can't seem to post screen shots. The "paste" command is grayed out so I can't paste. And I can't seem to upload either.

Any help appreciated.

I think you may need more posts before you can do that. 10 comes to mind as a minimum. Reply to me twice and see if you can then post photos.
