No edit, no image

How come when I reply to some threads, the reply box does not include the ability to post an image (no "insert image" icon). This is a normal reply not a quick post. Also on some of my posts I can't edit . There is no "edit" button on the post. Wierd. Now on this post there was an "insert image" icon. It's really hit and miss.

I've attached images before and also edited posts. What is happening now is real wierd and it doesn't happen in all posts. e.g. I tried to edit my post in the hydroponic gardening thread, no edit button, similarly no edit button with this thread, although the "insert image" button is here. There's something buggy somewhere.

Sometimes the Admin's are doing some work on the system and that may cause some loading problems. One may have to wait a few and then refresh. If you've writen a page and your having problems I'd suggest you copy the page and come back a little later and attempt the page again.

It happens to me as well but usually irons itself out. The early morning hours US east coast time will be the worst.

Also, the Edit feature has a time limit. Once over the time, you can not edit. (Can't remember the exact official time, it could be 24hrs, but not sure). So you can't come back to the post the next day for say, and edit your post. Admin can and if you have something you really really importantly need editing, let us know and we can carry out the job for you.
