Member map redux

The member map has been under repair and is finally functional again. Please post back here if you have any more trouble or discover more bugs.

It was fine, then I added myself, and now I can't see any member locations at all on the map. Did I break it? Sorry, Janet!

Exact same thing happened to me. I could see all the pins on the map until after I added myself. Now I can't see anything but an empty map.

Well - I guess we're going back to the drawing board.

Where is the Map? Now that's a concept. before you can use a map to figure out where you are you need to find the map. hahhaha

I've been up - down - and all around - and even had little Penny sniffing about - but I'll be damned if I can find the elusive and mythical 'member map'.

Hehe. Took me quite a while to find it, also. Look at the banner at the top of the screen. On the right there is a globe. Amazingly enough it says "Member Map".

This was a test.

For those of you who failed: You will be demoted to Junior Cadet Apprentice Wannabee Cruisers until you can demonstrate satisfactory navigation skills.

Gord will administer the re-test. Study diligently!

Poor choice of examiners, Hud.

If you look at my map pin, you'll note that I cannot even find myself!

People often experience a sense of losing one's self. But, I'm told, it is possible to rediscover yourself. I don't know how.

As Aristotle is said to have said; "The unexamined life is not worth living."

OK so I positioned myself on some online form and it shows where I want to be but I don't see the pin on the "main map" nor any pins on it for that matter.

How does this thing work?

No, no, no. It's a feature. The lack of pins is a clear indication that you have successfully placed your pin on the map. And everyone that hasn't placed their own can immediately tell, because they see all of them just fine.

For clarification, I have reproduced my e-mail signature line below.

My programs don't have bugs, they just develop random features.
