Leave things alone!

A couple of weeks ago I start getting a pop-up on CF saying an "app is available for yada yada yada" . I clicked it off but it pops up every damn time I open a thread. Also causes me to be logged out each time. Are you getting the idea that this is pissing me off yet. So I just gave up and loaded the app. Pop-up is still there!! I am not real internet savvy, can anyone tell me how to clear this major headache out? Why do we have to deal with this stuff?

Re: Leave things alone!

If this is on a computer, go to CNET and download AVG Antivirus - it's free - install and run. You can also set it to run/update periodically so you don't have to think about it again. If you're on a phone, I'd call the provider about what to do. Personally, I wouldn't install an app that I didn't ask for. Suggest you delete it.
