I have tried posting several different pic's as my profile pic, but none if them will post. Mind you, I am trying this from my iPhone, I have resized them as much much as I can on my phone. However, for some reason it always says, I need a security token to post a pic, what does this mean?
You'll generally will need a photo editor to reduce the pixel count both left to right and up to down to a pretty small number 75x75 I think Might be 50x50.
I've used Picasa, though any editor that can output by pixel size will work. Once the size is at or below the pixal count it will load.

Or make sure that the majority of the pixels are pink or purple... These usually post best...
