How to "turn off" Annually recurring

OK so I became a paid member.

My page shows it and says it is annually recurring.

No where I can find to end that.

Where is the secret button?

Thanks.

Hello, Therapy,

"Annually recurring" did not show on your post here in this thread, for me (Windows 10 small laptop).

If you are concerned about it, the moderator Janet H is quite knowledgeable about such phenomena, and I think it is above the "pay grade" [virtual chocolate or virtual beer or whisky] of regular moderators.

Not sure about a secret button, can't say i've seen one.....

When i get the Supporting Member renewal notice i pay through PayPal, I then go to my PayPal account and If a recurring subscription has been generated i cancel it then and there....

Well, dopey me.
I don't remember how I paid for it.

I just think there should be an easier way to find it in my account area.
I mean, really.

You stop it thru your paypal account. Even if a credit card is behind paypal, the control is at paypal.

It is not paid by PayPal. I checked.
I don't remember how it was paid from years ago.
Not in Jan. 2019 on my only CC either.

If you have an iDevice check your subscriptions, it might be there.

Re: How to "turn off" Annually recurring

I think the email notices were sent out by mistake. I'm quite sure I have not opened an annual payment but searched and could not find any way to make sure that was so. I don't have a Paypal account so it wasn't set up that way.

Re: How to "turn off" Annually recurring

Very similar - I currently have a paid subscription, and it will expire in 2 days. I would like to know how to "downgrade" to a regular account. It currently says annually renewed, and I like to remove that - but I can't find how to accomplish that.

Pretty sure I paid directly - not via paypal or apple.
