How to Quote a paragraph?

Just trying to find out how to quote a paragraph of text. I can get the whole post easily enough, but not a paragraph.
Please use small word's as some of us aren't to flash on 'puters.

By the way guy's, you're all doing a great job and I'm enjoying my time here heaps [grovel, grovel]

Thanks

Dave

Just click on the quote button and then delete what you don't want.

OR, copy what you do want, then in the tool bar there is a quote button. Click that and paste between the quote braces. If you want to add the name of the quote'R then type in "=NAME" after quote in the first brace.

i.e. [quote=cat man do]

EZ as pie..............................._/)
