Endeavour owners, is this ...typical?

Just looked at an Endeavour sailboat and saw something I have yet to see on any other boat.

As far as I know, the SS portholes are all original, but there are two that seem .....suspicious. Any of you Endeavour owners encounter this? It's like it was done at the factory. I put a moisture meter around the windows and there is 22% water intrusion into the DiviniCell core ½" to either side of the 'crack'.

If we buy it, I plan to re-bed all the windows anyway, but these are going to take a little more effort. This shouldn't be a big deal, as I plan to remove the pieces and re-glass.
