Lightbulb Cruisersforum Burgee (Flag)

It just occurred to me that I would have no way of knowing if there were a forum contributer who I may have corresponded with passing me in their boat. I'd especially like to thank personally some of those folks who've answered my questions and contributed to my decisions on repairs and gear choices. If they were flying a Forum Burgee then I'd know and might be able to hail them on the VHF.

Has this ever been discussed or suggested before?

Kind Regards,
JohnL

Yes

it has, in the Mod's discussion thread. It was brought up while the prospective "Tagline" was being discussed. We haven't come up with an Icon as of yet. But I've suggested it. We shall see..........................._/)

There wasn't any room, besides, we're in the minority. Maybe Pat can squeeze his BMYC logo in there somewhere!

Hmmmm, you mods been holding secret meetings on me? I don't remember talking about a Burgee. But I think it's a great idea. But not the photo's on the flag guy's, that's a bad idea. Beside's, that photo wasn't my good side. :-)

I don't want to fly my jacket from the spreader. A burgee would be much easier. ;-) :-)

Oh, geez. Next thing you know, they'll want special deck shoes with little logos, then, what's next, blazers?

You guys have definitely gone over the edge.
