AARRRGGGHHH!!!!!!

How about something with a serious benefit? Like 40% discounts at our favorite stores, on-line and otherwise? Now, that, I could use! Little Purple Crocs go right along with Little Pink Houses. Not, for me!

(with apologies to John Mellancamp)

Rick:
I like the idea of using code flags, but not the possible connotation of CF.
Ponder the specific question to which our initials might provide the answer.

Perhaps a generic icon:
WWW
but NOT a Microsoft icon

Burgees, Tee-shirts, patches? Why not duvet covers with matching pillow cases - blue for boys and pink for girls? Then when they take off we can add matching curtains (drapes) and wallpaper. After that we could.........

You folks have brilliant ideas. When designing our club burgee and logo, which is the best, by the way. We came up with all kinds of designs but the one that won out was a very simple design that could easily be sewn into fabric. Too complicated makes for expensive.

That last one looks like a wheel in a strait-jacket. Probably appropo for some of these people.

For a burgee to last it has to be sewn in colored fabric over a base color. Printed Burgees get trashed by the UV pretty fast. While traditions in yacht clubs do vary a lot it is one tradition to fix the burgee to the masthead on the pig stick at the beginning of the season and let it remain aloft for the whole season.

Simple burgees can be sewn for about $10 the really nice colorful ones are more like $60.

How about .............

something like this. The compass in each corner represents the four corners of the earth for all the members from around the world.
It's typical, it fits both sides of the pendant.

Those designs are quite stylish however most would be difficult to recognize up there flapping from the pennant halyard unless the interior design is simple and large and a good contrast to the background colour of the rest of the burgee.

My suggestion is a sailboat outline near the luff and a power boat outline further out with the letters C F at the tail of the burgee. I don't have the software to do a rendering - up for the design work Rick?

Oh you're too modest Rick - I think there's a latent Van Gogh or Picasso in you - somewhere - maybe - anyway, I'm looking forward to your creation
