CruisersForum App - Feeds

I have the Android CruisersForum app installed. Recently, the last month or two, messages have been appearing, apparently created by the app, from a 'feeds' function. I'm not especially interested in these items and have tried to disable 'feeds' from creating messages. In the 'feed personalisation' menu I've tried unsubscribing from 'Cruisers Sailing Forum' however this does not permanently do the job, the subscription re-appears and the messages continue.

Is there a way to permanently disable this function ?

Thanks ...

Yes - look at the setup for the app on your device. You can configure what notices you get (or not).

I think I've quite thoroughly done that. As said, I have repeatedly unsubscribed Cruisers Sailing Forum - it reappears within a day or two.

The behaviour I'm trying to change is solely with Feeds. I cant see any properties for those within the app unless I respond (ie tap) to a Feed message. Its in the Feed properties that I'm unsubscribing, I also have the box marked 'Disabled' ticked.

Re: CruisersForum App - Feeds

It is and Android function, not a Cruiser's Forum function.

Settings>Notification Centre>App notification management>Click on the App, then select /toggle Enable Notification
