Can't Upload a Profile Pic - I Feel So Naked !

Hi lovely people, I've searched about, but I cant find the place to upload a profile photo, there does not seem to be a 'signature edit' option anywhere I can see ( have I deleted it by mistake?) . Any suggestions gratefully received, .......hmm perhaps it might be better to be mysterious and not have one?

up over head, on the left is "user CP"

I just figured it out yesterday. The profile picture is actually a custom avatar. The file has to be intsy to be accepted. Good luck!
