Exclamation a.collective-media.net

I'm getting pretty poor page loading performance lately. Sometimes as much as 30 seconds for a page to load. It looks like a.collective-media.net is the culprit. What's that? The banner add stuff? I'm connected to the Internet here by the umbilical cord and I don't have this issue with any other sites.

Maybe they need to speed up their servers just a lil' bit. Anybody else getting this?

An ad blocker helps a bunch - Adblock Plus: Save your time and traffic is great (and free). Pages load faster and no more ads - it just 'works'... Note this assumes use of Firefox.

I thought it was just AWA (Africa wins again) but I have had very, very slow page loading. Our ADSL is slow always but it has been even slower lately.

This was being cause by a 3rd party ad server. I am hoping this issues was short lived and resolved itself shortly after you all reported this? Are you still having problems with this Rick?
