Just thought I would post this link to a useful academic resource compiled by John Levingston, a Sydney AUSTRALIA Barrister and Lecturer who I studied Maritime Law under at the University of Newcastle.

The good thing is a lot of these laws apply uniformly across the seas, so the resource will be useful to those outside of Australia.
